Bid Procurement Associate

Brief Description

Growing general contractor in Downtown Pittsburgh in search of full-time bid procurement staff. This is an entry level position. Responsibilities include calling on prospective subcontractors to solicit bids for incoming projects, maintaining and updating database of subcontractors, set up of files for new projects, ordering prints/drawings, and light office administration work when needed. The potential candidate will be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Previous experience or knowledge of the construction industry is a plus, although training will be provided for the right candidate. Please forward resume for a confidential interview.
