Estimator
Brief Description
Qualified applicants will prepare construction budgets with a focus on obtaining the best price that will win a contract in a competitive bidding situation, while ensuring that the contract will be profitable and have the ability to be carried out meeting our client’s high quality standards and schedule. The estimator must demonstrate an ability to read and study plans and specifications, identifying and projecting costs for each division. Obtain and qualify bids from vendors and subcontractors. Analyzes information, resolving cost discrepancies, summarizing cost information and trends.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: prefer minimum 5 year’s experience in RETAIL CONSTRUCTION analyzing information, developing budgets, vendor relationships, report skills, estimating decision making, teamwork, documentation skills and quality focus.
