Project Manager
Brief Description
Ability to assume total responsibility from signed contract to completion on multiple projects. Effectively manage and schedule all projects on time and within budget while meeting the high-quality standards required by our company and our clients. Should be able to read plans, complete take offs and estimates for light commercial job accurately and in timely manner. Strong interpersonal skills with verifiable ability to write reports and business correspondence. Management by example with the ability to solve practical and technical problems. Professional attitude to attend job site meetings and interact with clients, associates, vendors and project team members. Ensure strict safety standards are adhered to at all times.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: of a minimum of five year’s experience in commercial/retail sector. Verifiable experience estimating all types of commercial projects, responsible for monitoring the profitability of projects. Demonstrated ability to manage superintendents, subcontractors, craftsman, and laborers. Verifiable success at forecasting equipment, materials and manpower.
